Vogindroukas Ioannis is a Speech Therapist, Doctor of Psychology at the University of Ioannina, with a Master's degree from the University of Birmingham, School of Education specializing in Autism Disorder. He works at the Medical-Pedagogical Center of Northern Greece of the Psychiatric Hospital of Thessaloniki, teaches in the Postgraduate program of the University of Macedonia Communication Disorders, is the Scientific Director of the Institute of Research and Training of Speech Therapy and Clinical Supervisor of the University Clinic.

He deals with autism and the language and communication disorders that coexist with it, is an instructor of the MAKATON Language Program and the CYGNET program, a representative of the Intensive Interaction Institute in Greece and his interest is focused on the wide range of developmental language disorders, special learning difficulties , factual disorders and the use of alternative methods of communication.

He is the author of the book "Educational Guide for Children with Diffuse Developmental Disorders" (2005), Traveler Publications, has prepared the Language Perception and Expression Test (2009), the Expressive Vocabulary Test (2010) and the Action Pictures Test (2011), which have been published by Glafki Publications, he is the Curator of the volume "Autism: Positions and Approaches" of the Panhellenic Association of Speech Therapists, Tradefitis Publications (2007), the Intensive Interaction Guide (2010), Tradistis Publications and the volume Developmental Languages ??(2010) Focus, he has published and announced his work in scientific journals, collective volumes and international conferences.

He is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Speech Therapists and a member of the Child Language Committee of the International Association of Phoniatrics and Logopedics (IALP) as well as MC Member of COST ACTION for language disorders in Europe.
